Black sheep, Insight and new paintings

I went to see Black Sheep on Monday night.
I really enjoyed it despite all the gross out scenes. If you liked Brain Dead then you'll love this too. Peter Jackson would be very proud.
I went to Clarissa's first solo art exhibition on Tuesday night. All new work, It looked great and there seemed to be quite a healthy turn out of people. Head to Fat Boys and check it out for yourself. I didn't end up heading to Monster Joes as I had planned because my foot had swollen during the day. I freaked out a bit but according to the internet it seems quite common for foot and ankle tattoos to lead to swelling. I was still pretty freaked out so I had an early night and kept it elevated and iced. Which seemed to do the trick and its been fine ever since.
It sounds like Monster Joes was quite a mess with the venue change and the new venue not handling people very well. I'm sure the kinks will be ironed out for next time and I wouldn't go back to the previous venue either. They really stuffed everyone around.
Wednesday Chii and I escaped the city. I had booked us massages at a Katrina's on our way out of town. So thats two 40 minute bookings, worth quite a bit of money. We arrived late to discover that when we weren't there on time they just took in other clients. No phone call to check and completely disregarding the confirmation call Id made the day before. My advice? Don't go to one of the Katrina's stores, Ive had a similar problem in the past too. Poor form people, poor form. If my massage is going to be shorter because I was late, surely thats my own prerogative and I'm wasting my own money. I don't think that it should mean my booking just gets abandoned.
A massage store around the corner got my money and my repeat business in future.
I'm out of town till Sunday
Painting, watching tv and generally resting. (also possibly leveling up my Pokemon)
I finished my mustache series of paintings, I'm so happy with them they make me squeal. Heres a preview picture with half of them framed.
