So whats been going on, lots
I went up the Bunya Mountains for a weekend with friends. It was good to get out of town and Id have to say the road trip itself was just as fun as the time on the mountain. We went for some bush walks and my knee started being annoying and painful. I guess all my daily walking is on pretty flat ground and it couldn't handle the inclines. We drank and ate a lot, each meal was quite delicious congrats to your cooking. The amount of alcohol we had brought was insane, a whole segment of bench was dedicated to bottles of spirits and a carton of beer, Im suprised there wasnt more intense hangovers as we really did demolish that stuff. There were lots of games of both the electronic and board game variety, I racked up two wins in scrabble and was almost incapable of speaking Balderdash was so hilarious. The connect four championships of the world isnt over IT SHALL CONTINUE FOREVER.
Blyndsey and myself both got bitten by Ticks
Which was a little painful but mostly just a really creepy sensation. I picked the one off her with my fingernails which was quite hard to do and its little legs were clawing at my fingers. The area where I got bitten came up in this big red welt which continued to get larger and darker as the week progressed. Turns out theres probably a bit of the ticks head still in my skin which has caused a small infection. LUCKY ME
I headed along to the Triple Z radiothon gig last Thursday and saw Dead Letter Opener, Never, SkyPi and a collection of Burlesque dancers perform. It was a great little gig all round and really deserved a better turn out of people. I've seen SkyPi play before and they impressed me all over again, not only does it sound amazing they really look like they are having a great time up there on stage. I got some pretty good video and photos of everyone so Im going to show them off.

Oh and I forgot, I arrived just in time to see a burlesque performance to a Tool Song, it was just about the best thing ever.

I seem to attract ticks more than anything on earth... metho and wait 5 mins then twist anticlockwise... seems to work everytime...
one of my bosses had one on his asshole once when I was in the army, poor medic had to remove it
hahahhahahaaa couldnt have happened to a nicer guy though...
Bunya's are nice though
Metho and twist is what we tried with my tick, but Ive read on the net now that apparently they are more likely to spit the poison in if you use the metho! ahh well, im not paralysed so I guess it doesnt matter in the end
